What is Mindset and Fitness Coaching?

Mindset and Fitness Coaching is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that combines physical fitness with mental and emotional development. Through one-on-one coaching, clients learn how to develop healthy habits and achieve their fitness goals, while also gaining insight into their thought patterns and behaviors.

What's Included in the Coaching Packages?

Our coaching packages provide a comprehensive approach to fitness and mindset transformation. We focus on helping you reach your goals through a combination of personalized coaching and lifestyle guidance. This includes a customized fitness plan tailored to your individual goals, as well as one-on-one weekly coaching sessions. With our coaching packages, you will have everything you need to reach your highest potential.

What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

Coaching focuses on helping individuals set and achieve goals in their lives. Therapy, on the other hand, focuses on helping people understand and work through past traumas and psychological issues. Coaching is generally more future-focused and action-oriented, while therapy is more present-focused and reflective. As a Mindset and Fitness Coach, I can offer support and guidance to help you reach your personal goals and maximize your potential.

Where Will our Coaching Take Place?

I provide coaching services via telephone, Zoom or in-person if desired and within 20 miles of Dallas. 

How does a Coaching Session look like?

We will begin by discussing your current goals and objectives while identifying any obstacles or limiting beliefs that may stand in the way of achieving those goals. Through a series of questions, we’ll work to uncover the root causes of any negative thoughts or beliefs that are preventing you from achieving your desired outcome. We will then design a plan of action to help you overcome any obstacles to reaching those goals. We will develop a fitness routine that will best support your physical goals. At the end of the session, we will review the progress made, discuss any challenge, and make any necessary adjustments to the plan. 

How will I be successful in my Coaching Journey?

To be successful in your coaching journey, First, be clear about your goals and be willing to commit to them. Secondly, be open and honest and prepared to take action on the advice given. Thirdly, be patient and consistent, as it sometimes takes time to reach your goals. Lastly, trust your coach and the process, and remember that you are in control of your own success. With the right mindset and dedication, you can reach your goals.
