Welcome to Fit 2 Soar!


Being Fit 2 Soar means having a holistic approach to health and wellness that incorporates both physical fitness and mental resilience. As a fitness and mindset coach, the concept of Fit 2 Soar involves empowering women to cultivate a mindset that supports their physical health goals, and vice versa.


Physically, being Fit 2 Soar means engaging in regular exercise, strength training, and cardiovascular activity to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This can involve a variety of different types of exercise, depending on the individual's preferences and goals. It also means paying attention to nutrition, staying hydrated, and getting enough sleep to support physical health and energy levels.


However, being Fit 2 Soar goes beyond just physical fitness. It also involves developing a mindset that supports a healthy lifestyle. This can include developing resilience in the face of setbacks or challenges, staying motivated, and cultivating a positive outlook on life. Mental fitness can be improved through practices such as mindfulness, positive self-talk, affirmations and gratitude, which can help us feel more centered, focused, and mentally resilient.


As a fitness and mindset coach, I work with women to help them become Fit 2 Soar by developing personalized fitness and wellness plans that take into account their unique needs and goals.   3. Take care of your physical and mental health: Prioritize your physical health by eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and engaging in regular exercise. Take care of your mental health by practicing self-care, managing stress, and seeking help when needed.

  4. Surround yourself with positive and supportive people: Build a network of friends and family who uplift and encourage you and seek out mentors who can help you grow and learn.

  5. Cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning: Identify your values and passions, and work on aligning your actions with them. This can give you a sense of direction and fulfillment.

  6. Take action: Don't just wait for things to happen, take action and create opportunities for yourself. Be proactive, persistent, and resilient.
